Shipping and Delivery
Thank you for choosing Sweet Art! We are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for more information on our shipping process:
Processing Time
- Sweet Art aims to process your order within 48 working hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation which will include tracking details.
- During sale and holiday periods, processing of orders may be subject to delay and we ask you to allow a minimum of 4 working days for your order to be dispatched.
Shipping Methods
- Shipping options and rates will be displayed during the checkout process for your selection.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, or transit delays. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Shipping Costs
- The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalise your order.
- Auckland Shipping - $8.00
- North Island Shipping - $9.00
- South Island Shipping - $10.00
Pre-Order Information
When an item is not yet available:
- A pre-order allows you to reserve an item that is either not yet released or temporarily out of stock. These items will be shipped to you once they become available, giving you the advantage of securing products ahead of time. On each pre-order item, you will find an estimated delivery time frame to give you an idea of when to expect it. Pre-orders will be dispatched promptly as soon as the item is back in stock.
- Please note that if you place an order that includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, we will hold the in-stock items and ship them together with your pre-order once it's ready. If you prefer immediate shipping for your in-stock items, kindly make a separate transaction for them.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to New Zealand only. If you reside outside of these areas, please contact us at hello@sweetart.nz for assistance.
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent delivery delays or issues. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Delivery Issues
- If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact our customer support team at hello@sweetart.nz. We will assist you in resolving any problems to the best of our ability.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@sweetart.nz immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Return to Sender
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or other delivery issues, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
